Hey! I'm Amy

Amy Dawson - The FitMum Method was built to help busy mums get their spark back and regain their identity through improving their health, fitness & prioritising themselves, something I’ve had to work hard on since having my children.

Feeling lost in a whirlwind of being a mum, partner & business owner, not knowing how to juggle everything, including looking after myself and feeling my best, I spent a lot of money on hiring the wrong coaches, which all failed to help me create a sustainable, balanced lifestyle!

After months of feeling low about my body & struggling to juggle everything, I decided to take matters into my own hands and stop relying on others to help me get my spark back, so I could live each day to my full potential.

I've been coaching women into better shape and achieving life changing results for years, and used to have a lot of ladies come to me still conscious about their β€œmum-tum”, even though some of their children were teenagers. I realised there was a lot of misleading information on how mums can reduce their β€œmum-tum” and heal their diastasis recti (ab separation) which is why I created The FitMum Method - to ensure mums had the right support in their health and fitness journey post baby, and don't waste precious years of their lives feeling lost and lacking confidence!
